Dale DeLong — Owner, Barber
Dale prides himself on being a very well-rounded barber. Whether you’re a 15-year-old wanting the newest and coolest haircut or a 75-year-old wanting something traditional, Dale will take great care of you. Ask him about Shane Gillis and he’ll be putty in your hands.

Nicole Malisiak — Men's Stylist
Nicole has 10 years experience with men’s hair and loves what she does but when she’s not behind the chair giving a bald fade and beard trim, she’s outside hiking trails or spending time with her new baby daughter. You’ll find Nicole is as easy going as it gets and a great addition to Barber Dale’s.

Henry Lauten — Barber
Henry has lived a pretty full life for only being 26. Originally from Columbus he came to Cleveland to go to CSU, received a Biology Degree, decided that wasn't for him and went to Barber School. He's been a Barber for 2 years now and loves doing fades and tapers. He's into comedy podcasts, and a country boy at heart loves racing and the Rodeo. We think you guys will like him.

Jason Ciesla— Men's Stylist
Jason, a Cleveland native has been in the men’s hair industry for over 8 years. Although the classic taper is his favorite haircut to give he’s well rounded and has the right tools for every job. He’s a history and philosophy buff and is the ringer on his bowling team. Ironically he and Barber Dale actually went to the same high school.

Jared Hulme — Barber
Jared, a Twinsburg native has been a professional Barber for over 3 years. Prior to cutting hair he was a landscaper so the transition from cutting grass and trimming hedges to cutting hair and trimming beards only made sense. Jared can do any classic haircut but is partial to doing tapers and fades. A new dad to a baby girl and married man, he still finds time to feed his sneaker addiction and watch the Guards. Side-note: Jared and Henry actually used to work together before joining Barber Dale’s.

Melissa Eaton — Shop Manager
Melissa is a master at managing chaos and multitasking, all while keeping a smile on her face. She’s married to her best friend, Paul, has 3 incredible kids, a crazy dog, and one grumpy cat.
Anything you need, Melissa’s got you covered!
Fun fact: Melissa’s husband designed the logos, graphics and merch for Barber Dale’s!
